FAQ’S

Orders & sales

  • Once you have made an order with Scotland Captured, you will receive an email confirmation. The email will contain an order reference number. Please use this for any order enquiries.

  • Some items may be posted from different partner suppliers and therefore arrive separately.

    For a status of your order, please refer to any email updates, sign in to your account or contact us for support.

  • We accept payment from all leading credit and debit card suppliers. We also offer a buy now, pay later method with Clearpay. This option is managed independently from Scotland Captured.

    All payment methods are secure and we do not hold any payment information. This is managed for us by a secure third party. Learn more >

Delivery & Returns

  • Many of our products are made to order and therefore a period of fulfilment is required prior to shipping. These timescales are indicated on the product page.

    Other than pre-order sales, the large majority of products, including prints are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Learn more >

  • With prior agreement, some products can be collected in person from our offices.

  • Customers have the legal right to return an item within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in a resallabe state. Postage return costs are not covered. Learn more >

  • We have recently withdrawn from the Leith Collection stores. We are currently seeking new partnerships.

  • All of our photographs and products are copyright protected by Scotland Captured.

    The Scotland Captured logo is also protected by registration within the UK.

  • We use recycled material where possible and currently in arrangements of setting up tree planting per order. More information will be posted shortly.
